Established in 1985, Geovic Energy is experiencing a resurgence. Its strong senior staff of experienced natural resource professionals will enable it to locate, evaluate, develop, and operate multiple projects around the world.
Geovic Energy aims to produce uranium and oil & gas in the United States. It also seeks to acquire and develop projects in the U.S. and international markets for mineral sands, gold, chromite, rare earths, phosphate, and other minerals.
Through October 2008, the Company had leased or acquired acreage in Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming, aiming to develop properties with the potential to host significant quantities of uranium, gold, copper, chromite, manganese, and oil & gas.
Additionally, it is performing due diligence on numerous project opportunities in both the U.S. and international markets.
